The role
We work with registered technicians who carry out the visits, sign the certificates and direct the removal and replacement works in their area. You choose which assignments to accept; we take care of the client, the quote and the payment.
What you'll do
- Visit properties and issue asbestos certificates, energy performance certificates (EPC) and habitability certificates (cédula de habitabilidad).
- Direct asbestos (uralita) removal and replacement works, carried out by RERA-registered personnel with an approved work plan.
- Fill in the report on your phone in the technicians' portal.
- Coordinate visits with our team and with the client.
What we're looking for
- Architect, building surveyor (arquitecto técnico / aparejador) or engineer, registered with your professional body and qualified to sign.
- Registered as self-employed in Spain, with professional liability insurance in force.
- Qualified electronic signature certificate.
- Available for visits in your area.
