Terms and conditions

{{RAZON_SOCIAL}}, Tax ID (NIF) {{NIF}}, with registered address at {{DIRECCION_FISCAL}} and email info@novateja.com. Civil liability insurance with {{ASEGURADORA_RC}} for {{IMPORTE_RC}} (policy {{NUM_POLIZA_RC}}).

• Asbestos certificate and energy performance certificate: fixed price according to the type of property and the square metres recorded in the Catastro, shown to you before you pay. If the actual square metres differ significantly, we will tell you before the visit.
• Building works (roof replacement, solar panels): the range shown on the website is for guidance only. The binding price is the one in the fixed quote we send you in writing after seeing photos or visiting the property.
• All prices are shown excluding VAT and including VAT (IVA in Spain). The applicable VAT is stated in the quote and on the invoice.

• You enter the address, choose a plan, a day and a time, and accept these terms.
• You pay online by card or Bizum through our payment provider. Until the payment is confirmed, the slot is held for 30 minutes.
• You receive confirmation by email and, if you have chosen it, by WhatsApp. The invoice is kept in your digital folder.

The certificate follows the provisional model of the Agència de Residus de Catalunya (Catalan Waste Agency) until the implementing regulations of Llei 8/2026 (Catalan Law 8/2026) are approved: visual inspection only, without tests or trials, limited to visible and accessible elements. In flats it covers the home, not the common areas. It does not include sampling or laboratory analysis, which are quoted separately if the technician recommends them.

If the notary or the Land Registry does not accept the certificate because of a defect attributable to us, we will correct it free of charge within 72 hours at most or, if you prefer, refund the full amount within 14 days at most. This does not cover rejections for reasons beyond our control (for example, a later change in the law or false information provided by the customer).

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving any reason and without penalty (art. 102 TRLGDCU), by writing to info@novateja.com or using the model form below.

If you expressly ask us to carry out the visit within that period (for example, the Urgent 48 h plan) and the service is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been performed (art. 103.a TRLGDCU). If you withdraw after we have started, you will pay the proportional part of the service already provided (art. 108.3 TRLGDCU).

We will refund the amount using the same means of payment within 14 days at most from when you notify us of your withdrawal.

Model withdrawal form: "To {{RAZON_SOCIAL}}, {{DIRECCION_FISCAL}}, info@novateja.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the provision of the following service: [service], ordered on [date]. Name of consumer, address, signature (only if sent on paper) and date."

You can change or cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand from your folder or by WhatsApp. If the technician cannot access the property at the agreed time for reasons attributable to the customer, we may charge the travel cost, which we tell you when you book.

• Building works are contracted with a fixed quote and a written contract describing the work, the timescales and the payment schedule.
• When you sign, you pay a 30% deposit that secures your works date and allows us to start the work plan and the permits. The rest is paid in stages as set out in the contract.
• Asbestos removal is carried out by personnel of the RERA-registered company named in your contract ({{RERA_PARTNER_NOMBRE}}, RERA no. {{RERA_NUM}}), with an approved work plan and under our technician's direction. Novateja is your only counterparty under the contract.
• Timescales depend on approval of the work plan by the labour authority (up to 45 days) and on the municipal permit. If the plan or the permit is refused for reasons not attributable to the customer, we will refund the deposit in full.
• We process the ARC grant (Catalan Waste Agency) where applicable, but whether it is awarded depends on the call for applications, its budget and its requirements: the price of the works is not conditional on obtaining it.

We are liable for the conformity of the service under the TRLGDCU and, for building works, under the Spanish Building Act (Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación) where applicable. The roof also has the manufacturer's and installation guarantee stated in your contract ({{ANOS_GARANTIA_CUBIERTA}}).

You can send a complaint to info@novateja.com; we will reply within 30 days at most. Official complaint forms (hojas oficiales de reclamación) are available to you. You can also contact the Agència Catalana del Consum (Catalan Consumer Agency) or the consumer information office of your municipality.

These terms are governed by Spanish and Catalan law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.
