What we do on your building
- Asbestos certificate for the building or the premises.
- Asbestos removal from the roof and other elements. Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction.
- A new sandwich-panel roof, insulated or not depending on its use.
- Solar panels for self-consumption on the new roof.
- Work plan, waste handled by an authorised waste manager, and final documentation.

How long before the works can start?
Removal needs a work plan approved by the labour authority, which can take up to 45 days. We give you the timeline before you sign.
Do I have to stop my business?
It depends on the building and the work area. We look at it during the visit and plan the works to cause as little disruption as possible.
Who removes the asbestos?
Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction. That's what the law requires: only staff of RERA-registered companies (companies authorised to work with asbestos) may handle it. You only ever deal with us.
Can solar panels go on a uralita roof?
No. First the roof is replaced, then the panels are mounted on the new one, as part of the same project.
