Novateja was born with the new asbestos law to solve an old problem with today's tools: published prices, clear timeframes and one person who takes care of everything. We work on properties anywhere in Spain, and if you live abroad we keep in touch by WhatsApp, phone or email.
What we want to change
Replacing an asbestos-cement (uralita) roof, getting the grant or obtaining a certificate to sell is still a path of unanswered calls, quotes that look nothing alike and paperwork nobody explains to you. It is an old-fashioned sector, and it shows.
We start with what owners miss most: certainty. A price before we ask for your phone number. Real dates, not promises. Every document in a digital folder you can show your notary, your owners' association or your tenant. And an answer in minutes, not days.
We don't promise what isn't up to us. If a timeframe is set by the authorities, we tell you. If the grant depends on a call, we tell you that too. We would rather lose a sale than win it with a half-truth.

How we carry out your job
Our team takes care of your job from start to finish: visit, fixed quote, permits, safe removal, new roof, solar panels and grant. You have a single point of contact, a single contract and our guarantee. Our technician and our site manager direct every job.
Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction. That is what the law requires: cutting, dismantling or transporting fibre cement may only be done by personnel registered in the Registro de Empresas con Riesgo de Amianto (RERA), with a work plan approved by the labour authority for each job.
Before every job we check the RERA registration, the approved work plan, the insurance and the waste manager and carrier codes. We publish them below so you can check them too.
