What we do in your home
- Asbestos certificate: a technician visits the home and signs the certificate. In Catalonia, required to sell or rent.
- Asbestos removal: uralita roof, downpipes or tanks. Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction.
- A new sandwich-panel roof that keeps out the cold and the heat.
- Solar panels on the new roof, as part of the same project.
- The energy performance certificate too, in the same visit.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the certificate to sell my flat?
In Catalonia, yes: since 3 October 2026 the law requires it to sell or rent. In the rest of Spain it isn't mandatory, but it's advisable if the home was built before 2002.
What if the certificate identifies asbestos?
You can still sell or rent: the certificate is for information only. If you want it gone, we give you a quote that same day.
Who removes the asbestos?
Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction. That's what the law requires: only staff of RERA-registered companies (companies authorised to work with asbestos) may handle it. You only ever deal with us.
Can solar panels go on a uralita roof?
No. First the roof is replaced, then the panels are mounted on the new one, as part of the same project.
