This website provides information about our asbestos certificate, energy performance certificate (EPC, "CEE" in Spain), fibre cement roof replacement and solar panel services, and lets you request quotes, book visits and pay online. On building works we act as main contractor, under a single contract. Removal of the fibre cement is carried out by personnel of a company registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction.

Access to the website is free of charge and does not require registration, except for the property's digital folder and the professionals' portal. You agree to use it lawfully, not to enter false data or third parties' data without their permission, and not to attempt to damage or overload the systems.

The verdicts, roof prices, satellite measurements and grant estimates shown by the estimator and the tools are for guidance only. The price of the certificate is fixed according to the type of property and the square metres recorded in the Catastro (Spain's property register); the price of building works is fixed in writing on the basis of photos or after the visit. Grants depend on each call for applications, its budget and its requirements.
