All our prices, with and without VAT
No “call us for a price”. Certificates for flats and houses have a fixed price; industrial buildings, commercial premises and apartment buildings get a quote once we have assessed the property. Building work gets an indicative range that we firm up from photos or after the visit.
Asbestos certificate
Price by type of property, with and without VAT. Includes the technician's visit (within 48-72 h), a visual inspection of everything visible and accessible, and the signed certificate (in Catalonia, using the Catalan Waste Agency template; elsewhere in Spain, a report signed by a qualified technician).

Asbestos-cement (uralita) roof replacement
Indicative ranges excluding VAT, with safe removal (by personnel registered in the RERA, Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk) and a new sandwich panel roof. The price per square metre is higher on small roofs because of fixed costs (work plan, measurements, access equipment).***

Reference prices for properties with normal access; they may vary by area. Special cranes, damaged structures or very high roofs are assessed during the visit. The ARC grant (Catalonia only) is paid after the works, if it is awarded; “after the grant” excludes VAT.
What the price includes and what is extra
So you can compare quotes like for like. If your property needs any of the extras, you will see it in writing before you sign.
Included
- Standard access equipment. Scaffolding or a platform, a lifeline and safety protection for working on a roof with normal access.
- Safe removal. By personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk): wetting, removing the sheets whole, wrapping and palletising, with protective equipment.
- Waste transport and disposal. Authorised carrier to the authorised waste manager or landfill, with proof of delivery.
- Work plan and measurements. Submitted to the labour authority with the measurements it requires, and approved before work starts.
- New roof. Sandwich panel with an insulating core, fixings and flashings.
- Gutters. Replacement of the gutters and downpipes of the roof being replaced.
Extra, only if needed
- Crane or special scaffolding. When there is no normal access: narrow streets, great height or inner courtyards.
- Structural reinforcement. If checking the structure reveals damaged beams or purlins. We show you photos before quoting it.
- Planning permission and local fees. If your town council requires a building permit, its fees and taxes are extra. We handle the paperwork.

- Approved work planThe labour authority's decision authorising the removal at your property.
- Waste manager's receiptThe document proving that the fibre cement reached an authorised waste manager.
- Final removal certificateConfirms that the removal was carried out according to the approved work plan.
- Roof guaranteeThe panel manufacturer's and the installation guarantee, in writing.

ARC grant (Catalonia) for asbestos removal
Only for properties in Catalonia, 2026 call. The rate for your band applies to the whole area removed, up to €30,000 per property. It does not cover VAT or the new roof.** In other regions of Spain, we tell you about the grants available.

Do the prices include VAT?
We always show both: without VAT, which is how companies are compared, and with 21% VAT, which is what you pay. A reduced VAT rate may apply to home renovation work if the requirements are met.
Why is the roof a range and not a fixed price?
Because it depends on things you can't see from a satellite: access, height, the condition of the structure or whether a crane is needed. With 2-3 photos we give you a fixed price within 24 h; if it isn't clear, after the visit.
Do you charge for the roof quote visit?
No. The visit to prepare your fixed roof quote is free and with no obligation.
