Projects by the Novateja team: project managers, technicians and the personnel we work with who are registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk).

Who is on the team

You talk to one person. Behind them, each part of the job is done by the right people.

  • Project managers

A single point of contact who manages the whole project: quote, permits, schedule, grants and sign-off.

  • Technicians

Technicians experienced in asbestos works: they inspect, sign the certificates and direct the works.

  • RERA-registered personnel

Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), with an approved work plan, under our technician's direction.

Compliance with RD 396/2006

Royal Decree 396/2006 sets out how asbestos work must be done in Spain. We comply with it on every job:

  • A work plan approved by the labour authority before every removal (RD 396/2006).
  • Removal with protective equipment, a cordoned-off area and the material wetted and sealed.
  • Waste taken to an authorised waste manager, with its documentation.
  • Final documentation of the works in your client area.

Who we work for

Across Spain.

  • Homes: flats and houses
  • Apartment buildings and property managers
  • Industrial buildings, commercial premises and businesses
  • Farms and agricultural holdings
  • Public authorities

Types of work

Uralita turns up in lots of places, not just on roofs.

  • Roofs

Uralita roofs on houses, apartment buildings, industrial buildings and farms: removal and a new roof.

  • Downpipes and gutters

Fibre-cement pipes and gutters on façades and in courtyards, replaced with new ones.

  • Water tanks

Uralita water tanks on roof terraces, in lofts and in courtyards.

  • Solar panels

On the new roof, as part of the same works, never on the uralita.
