Work with Novateja
We are a small team helping homeowners, apartment buildings and businesses in Spain get rid of asbestos without fighting the paperwork. We are looking for motivated people, working remotely from anywhere in Spain, and for professionals who want to partner with us.
Work with the founders
No layers in between: your ideas get tested quickly and you see the impact of your work from the first week.
Remote, with flexible hours
You plan your own day. We coordinate by video call and chat, wherever you are in Spain.
A problem that matters
Thousands of roofs still have uralita (asbestos cement). We help to certify it, apply for grants and remove it safely.
