End-to-end project management
Certificate, permits, grants, uralita removal, a new roof and solar panels: we coordinate it all as one project, with one contact person and one contract. That is how we optimise the time and the cost of every job.
Work plan, council permit and grant application at the same time, not one after another. When you decide to start, there is no dead waiting time.
The uralita removal, the new roof and, if you want, the solar panels in the same job and in sections: fewer days of works and the house is never left open.
Doing it all together shares the lifting equipment, the travel and the management. You do not pay for the same thing twice.
We tell you which grants fit your case, prepare the papers and file the application on your behalf.
Before starting, with every item detailed. No surprises halfway through.

In Spain, "uralita" is the everyday word for asbestos cement: cement sheets and pipes made with asbestos fibres, widely used for roofs, downpipes and water tanks until 2002, when asbestos was banned. (Uralita was originally a brand name; it is now used as a generic term.) Over time it cracks and may release fibres, which are dangerous if inhaled. There is no legal deadline for replacing it, but it is best to do so before it breaks. Never touch it yourself: Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), certified, and always with a work plan approved by the labour authority.
Parking space or storage room (up to 100 m²): €119.79 incl. VAT (€99 + VAT). Flat: €192.39 incl. VAT. House or villa, and commercial premises: €228.69 incl. VAT. Industrial and apartment buildings: we give you the price after assessing the property. It includes the visit, the inspection of everything visible and accessible, and the signed certificate. Lab analysis is extra, and only if the technician recommends it. Combine it with the energy performance certificate (and the habitability certificate, if your region requires it) and you save.
In Catalonia, yes: you need it to sell or rent out a home (since 3 October 2026). In the rest of Spain it is not mandatory, but it is advisable before selling, renting out or renovating a property built before 2002.
Yes. We handle the whole process (certificate, grants, removal and new roof) or just the parts you need. Always with a single point of contact.
Removal is carried out by personnel registered in the RERA (Spain's register of companies at asbestos risk), certified, and always with a work plan approved by the labour authority. That is what the law requires (Royal Decree 847/2026): only companies registered in the RERA may handle it. You only deal with us.
Yes. We help you apply for the grant: we prepare the paperwork and file the application on your behalf. Whether it is awarded, and how much, depends on each call and its requirements. In Catalonia, the Catalan Waste Agency (Agència de Residus de Catalunya) gives grants per square metre of roof removed**; across Spain there are also renovation grants and income tax deductions for energy-saving works.
No. Only personnel registered in the RERA may drill or handle fibre cement, and it does not provide a safe anchorage. The right approach is to replace the roof and mount the panels on the new one, as part of the same project.
